I on the other hand, would probably use Madam. As I am older than her, I would tend to use Madam to ensure that the communication was as adult to adult so that a generaltional rift did not form (after all, she is still a fairly young adult).

as i said before, when in doubt. since she has made it clear that she wants to be addressed as mademoiselle, then that doubt has been removed.
