I picked the deluxe edition, spiral bound. I will post some pics soon. I have a bunch of company this weekend and I probably have to go to work Sat for a bit.

$68.49 for this edition which they say is limited to 50 per country. Not cheap by any means but a good reference, especially for a new fan such as myself.
