As for the singularity... I actually think that 2012 will be more interesting.

Honestly though, I've never felt any sort of social pressure. During high school, I never had any sort of issue with trying to fit in, or anything like that.

Either I just didn't care, or I had an excellent group of friends, or maybe I was just downright oblivious to it. I can honestly say that I've never felt any sort of social pressure. Even now in college.
