Default Marching Band camp...

I am going to die.

You'd think for someone tiny like me exercise would be easy but nooo. I remember last year in P.E., running a mile would practically kill me. And I have always been generally very weak at lifting things. How am I gonna march 13 hours a day for a week in 98 degree weather (starting tomorrow)?

Anyways, has anybody here ever been to band camp and if so, what is it like and what should I be sure to bring or remember, or whatever (it isn't overnight, thank god)?

I was in the band once... but got out in the middle of 8th grade right before highschool. I played the trumpet. A silver trumpet

As for band camp... sorry, but I had never gone to anything like that so I don't really know what to tell you to bring or what to be prepared for.

BUT, I can recommend you these for your physical exercise issue

They will get you that little boost you need to get through all that intense marching. Plus it is loaded with plenty of vitamins that you may not be getting with the food at the camp. (if you do get these, it is best when eating one to drink at least 8 ounces of water, or something, with it.)

Also, remember to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Water will be crucial for you in such activity in such heat.

In other words, they taste terrible and you'll need something to wash it down

Lol. Actually, I don't think they are that bad. They are a bit chewy at times though and the water helps. But the water is mostly to help it digest better and absorb into the system.

If you want a flippin' delicious protein bar, get the peanutbutter flavoured Clif Builder's bars. (all the other Clif bars are great too)
