RMJ, if Finland is another exception, then it's not a good example. No. It's only natural not to see someone driving as much. Most people spend more time walking, you're moving fast when driving, and for all we know she could have a car with tinted windows. Again, I don't think so myself, but your argument doesn't work.

But true, not whole Europe works the same way. But even if Corsica is an exception, she can be exception, too. Like said, you can't assume her having license because of her living location. There's much more unknown factors in that.

Yeah, but you see if she drives even half regulary someone would see her someday. Maybe that day is coming in future but well... till then... we don't know...

And I don't know why tinted glasses would be relevant since you couldn't tint the front glasses anyways. So, that's just silly argument.

Yeah, but it's just as valid as the arguments we were making to the opposite effect (that she probably doesn't drive because that's just not something people do).
