uh...what about really dark Dominicans? They oftentimes look "black."

There is a fine line when it comes to stereotyping, profiling and common sense!!! and yes your right I am very familiar with "Americanism" LOL!!! as for your question. Having black skin isn't a ethnicity its a skin color. In America people usually associate being black with African-American. But never let the color of someones skin declare what they are. If someone is white doesn't mean that certain individual has the same ethnicity as another person with a European background. For example. If someone is Irish and the other person happens to be Finnish, they are both white but they are not of the same ethnicity obviously. If someone speaks Spanish doesn't mean they are always Mexican. Hope my illustration made sense to you. Suffice it to say never assume. Sorry but if anymore questions about this are posted on this thread. I probably wont respond this is not the right place.

Oh and I forgot to mention if you go to the profile from where that video came from you will see that guy that you assumed was Mexican is actually from the United Kingdom.

Haha ok.

Let's sum up all the reasons why this is nothing even astronomically close to Alizée.

* She doesn't look it
* It's cam:ed today
* Her brothers name doesn't match up
* Her borthers age doesn't match up
* Wrong location
* Wrong partial language
* Her name is spelled severaly different (kinda)
* Her father enjoys a good taco each day (yes that was a joke)

EDIT

I hereby retract every statement above.
Her mother calls her LILI! o.0

Are we being picky or what?

Edit
http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/severely
In case you were asking about the word and not about the spelling ^^
