It means "bell" or in reference to Alizee fav Disney toon, Tinkerbell.

Even simpler, "la Fée Clochette" (fée=fairy) is the name of Tinkerbell in the French version of the toon (French children never ever hear the name "Tinkerbell" if you prefer).
