Good question, but I would have to go with having my main hand paralyzed. I could still use the other one even though it wouldn't be as easy and even with one leg paralyzed I would have to spend a lot of time in a wheelchair and it would be difficult to use both hands anyway if I used crutches.

I would rather be able to increase the length of my legs because then I'd be able to grow a little taller
And i really don't know how really long arms would be able to come in handy except for looking like a chimpanzee XD

Hmm to be frank, i'll do what makes me famous(in a positive manner), no matter what job i do. Because, if i'll be famous for something then as time goes by i'll start liking that job too
