Oh god... I hate µ and m and k and all those prefix thingies... I have an easier time understanding 0.000001Sv than 1µSV

Funny thing. I took a test on Work and Energy in AP Physics for review for the AP exam. I actually find T=2π√(m/k) and µ=Force of friction/Normal Force to be quite easy...hehe I know you're talking about radiation though...

Make sure you get work energy relation down pat it is such a powerful relation! F x d = ΔT (you might know T as KE, in dynamics kinetic energy is T and potential is Vg I have no clue why) or W' = ΔE and if the work being done is only by conservative forces ΔE= 0 As for Jalen, trust me man you need those prefixes. I will give you an example from my homework where we were calculating shear stresses. Stress is measured in Mpa (Mega Pascals) but when everything is in SI you get an answer 10^-6 Mpa.... you will have a stress of 2,000,000 pa, I dont know about you but I much rather deal with a 2Mpa, less chance of you making a mistake in your calculations. You dont have to know all the prefixes but just think of it like a computer and you will know the common ones. tera T 10E12 giga G 10E9 mega M 10E6 kilo k 10E3 (this one you have to know, it is always used... especially with kilograms (SI) and kips (kilo pounds) As for the small ones you just really need to know centi 10E-2 milli 10E-3 micro µ 10E-6 (it is used a lot.... very important prefix) nano n 10E-9 (Important) pico p 10E-12 (This is the smallest I have ever worked in, but it is used a lot) atto a 10E-18 ( I never saw this but it is the smallest prefix I know) Just know these and your fine, and most of them you already know/ herd and are familiar with

Did you know that "Centrifugal force", "Centrifical force", and "Centriputal force" all don't exist?
People tend to say these due to a miscommunication when really talking about "Centripetal Force" Physix Fax
