Alizee vs Priscilla

how do you all compare Alizee and Priscilla? both French Pop Stars and both from France? Alizee has the much better voice in my oppinion, but both are very beautiful.

I looked through some of Priscilla's performances. She's a great looking girl, beauitful voice and a wonderful dancer. But she's no Alizee. Why? That's something I can't explain to myself, let alone anyone else. What sets her apart. It's anything and everything but more I think it's things indefinable that puts her way above the rest.

i agree, Priscilla is NO ALizee. But i am also going out on a limb, no one in AMERICA compares to Alizee as far as VOICE, BEAUTY, TALENT are concerned. Alizee is a special breed, she has it all.

I fell in love with ALIZEE's voice more than anything.

Well I'd say there are singers here as beautiful and who have beautiful voices and who are great dancers, but the dances Alizee did such as JAM, JPVA, ML and Youpidoo were so different from what we have been seeing in the last several years. They had a uniquity that was a breath of fresh air. Then you add her dancing ability. She had a style that I'm sure would be hard to replicate. A style which kind of set her apart.

Then there are so many other factors to the mix. She seems like such a wonderful person on the inside, you can't help but love her.

Then like I said before, there's the indefinalbe. There's something very intriguing about her and her looks that makes her appeal go off the charts.

I like them both, but you are comparing two completely different people.

Alizee was almost 16 when Gourmandises came out. Her voice had already lost that "baby" sound and had more range and power.

Priscilla's biggest singles were Regarde-moi and Toujours pas d'amour which came out when she was 13 and 14 respectively. Her voice is much more child-like than Alizee.

The songs are very different too. With Mylene and Laurent writing for her, Alizee's songs have much more adult appeal than Priscilla. In general (although I am 42 and like them both), Alizee's music is geared more toward the 18-25 year old demographic while Priscilla's music caters more to the 10-16 year old crowd.

You never know what could happen though. Lorie made pop albums for quite a while and then had a complete transformation to the dance club themed 2Lor en moi? Maybe Alizee and Priscilla can reinvent themselves too.

I just watched a few of Priscilla's youtube videos.
Alizée sings a wider variety of songs with a much better voice and better dance moves.
As far as looks go...Alizée makes Priscilla look like a marine.
Sorry, not trying to offend anyone else's opinion here. That is just how I see it.
(And if I don't see it, I make it up)
