This is a REALLY old thread, but it was an interesting read. I was only around for the discussions that took place right after UEdS, and the rest up to now - "Welcome to 2008" is something you hear a lot nowadays when the topic is anything to do with Alizee seeming lackluster, and this thread helps put into perspective just how reminiscent of those times that post-UEdS era was/is. It seems as if Alizee fandom is taking the form of a cycle: lots of excitement and hype for an upcoming album; taking the album in; concerns that she is losing her touch; then finally, nothing.
Hopefully the cycle won't continue with her upcoming album and we won't HAVE to say "I think she's losing her touch".
