And speaking from the standpoint of somebody who is in college radio, even with the fact that college radio plays music not typically heard in mainstream, most of the radio stations have genre blocks. So you would need to figure out what genre Alizée would fit under (I'm assuming electronic??). I do know that the radio station at UNC has played "J'en ai marre!" but that was in 2006. And before you ask me, do understand that while I'd love to play Alizée, I run a Hip-Hop show & the only songs of Alizée I would play are "Mon Maquis" or "Decollage". I could do that & then promote the album a bit on air, but that would be as much as I could do. |

Not sure if anyone suggested already, but what if you include something like Foreign Friday. Then you can sneak in a couple Alizée songs in the mix to help promote her new (and older) material

Ahh, I only play Sunday nights. But I'm planning on playing "Mon Maquis" regardless.

Check it!
I'm currently involved in another street team for another band (ATOMIC TOM if you're interested). I have been given the job of giving out CD's. The contents of these CD's are unknown to me (concerning sample songs or entire songs) I'm going to use this to get ideas for Alizee stuff. I'll keep you updated.
