Thanks for mentioning that Fall. CleverCowboy has mentioned, weeks maybe months ago, he wanted to look into some of the meanings of some of her later songs from the post MF days, but things for me have been so hectic, I haven't had time to. Hopefully soon, we will have time to look into that.

Yes, it is from Mon Chevelier. I believe she is referring to her ex when he had to take on a normal "9-to-5" job. I think I read he worked for his parents for a while.

We have this contradiction in Alizee. She suffers from her shyness, and yet--as we see in this video--when with the right people, is totally comfortable with herself and unbridled in her behavior. It's one of her mysteries and charms.
