Yes, an "idée fixe" is an obsession.

For me:

Physically: Her smile - I love when she cracks a grin at something
Emotionally: Her sense of humor - she never takes herself too seriously

Those lines are from the 'J'en ai marre' lyrics & the doggy's from the french cartoon comic Asterix although there's a similar stanza-it must be from 'Une saison en enfer' - by the symbolist poet Rimbaud.

That's from JEAM. It means "who lament, and who fixate on the idea of an obsession"

This isn't from the song. It means "but i have them, I have some obsessions!"

TO complete the translations..Rimbaud's title means- "One caught in hell"

Alors- ZePep is being 'funny' when he uses that pic of the Asterix dog(chien) - his name in the comix was 'dogmatix'- a direct reference to the JEAM lyric re "idee fixe"...haha?

Ah well, guess I'll answer the questions.

Physical: I want to say "everything," and that I've never seen such a beautiful woman before or since, but I wonder how much that impression is due to:

Emotional: Her compassion, and her ability to emotionally connect with people and make them feel loved. This is so incredibly special that I think it makes me see her as physically more beautiful than I would if it weren't there.

Favorite Song: At this point, A Contre Courant. I hope that will change in the relatively near future as new material is released, though!

physical - I don't know if this is physical, but with out a doubt, her voice

emotional - her mannerisms, facial expressions etc. that so beautifully convey her emotions

song - "il jouait du piano debout", "la isla bonita", "ella elle l'a" - it's odd that these three songs, which many agree reperesent her well, were not written for her
