I use a toothbrush until the bristles start to fall out. I know dentists tell you not to do this, but I don't feel like buying as new tooth brush all the time.

Also, I brush my teeth before I go to bed, unless I am in bed and fall asleep before I can.

I've ever heard from people that some french people(SOME
so i think not ALL) are less hygienical, but that can be old. However, in all countries are people who are less hygienical, In the US, in Europe, everywhere.

In some european countries they are less, but i think europe is not less hygienical then the
U.S.

it adds up to 5 to 6 times a day because i eat most of my meals at home and i also brush right before i go out. I obviously don't have a toothbrush everywhere i go.

I brush my teeth twice a daily and use mouth wash but I never floss...I have never had a cavity and my dentist is surprised that I have such amazing teeth. I guess I am lucky?
