I think it's a sweet idea and all, and the design itself isn't that bad.
It's just the placement that's all wrong in my eyes,
I agree with Barrett, few things work on the forearms, personally I'd just about go with small writing, or small designs by the wrists.

The way she put it seems horribly out of place, and above all, hard to hide should she need to.
But I still think she's cool.
