I don't see why it wouldn't be her. The hair is the same, the nose is the same, the shoes seem like what she'd wear, and her overall outfit looks like a mix between UEDS and Psychdelices. Maybe it's her transitioning look for the new album?

Well I highly doubt its a photo from the Mexican TV show coming up. The hairstyle is wrong for it to be a recent photo. We saw Lili a few weeks ago at that UNICEF event. And her hair was completely different then.

Lili did have the other hair style back at the start of the year, and in 2010 however. If you look at the photos in my ava and sig, they are from that time period. She had that hairstyle during the one group of Les Enfoires concerts. So this maybe a promotional shoot for that show, there are after all other people in the back of the photo, at least two. Im sure more based on the shadows on the wall. Maybe a group shot? We know they took many promotional photos for those shows, many we havent seen.
