No. Her name is Alizée Jacotey, and as a performing artist she goes by Alizée, first name only.

The record label is either Jive/Epic or Institubes. Probably the former would work better. And yes, you should spell it correctly.

Thanks for the info. I've sent in my request to them from Baton Rouge, LA. Maybe more around the states might help too. The worst that can happen is nothing.
