Freerice.com
Now, I don't know how serious this site is, but you can never be sure I guess.
By answering multiplechoice-questions, you can donate 20 grams of rice every time you answer correctly. There are different subjects for the questions, including French vocabulary, so if anything it's a good way of learning more! http://freerice.com |

This game is awesome, we played it in Spanish last year. It does kind of piss me off though. I mean if there's an enormous quantity of rice somewhere that can be freely given, why the hell do they only distribute it to needy people if we play the game ?

If FreeRice has the rice to give, why not give it all away right now?
FreeRice is not sitting on a pile of rice―you are earning it 20 grains at a time. Here is how it works. When you play the game, sponsor banners appear on the bottom of your screen. The money generated by these banners is then used to buy the rice. So by playing, you generate the money that pays for the rice donated to hungry people. |

Little interest here. A few minutes of spare time that might help save a starving baby.
