Wow never seen the bottom one, thanks! Yah if you could find a screenshot of it selling, that would be amazing since we could make sure how much it sold for.

This brings up a related matter . I mentioned before that when I was going through the fnac website prior to my last trip to Paris, I noticed they had a 2 posters that were ads for En Concert using this same picture . I mentioned it to another member and he said he'd like to have the other. Well I ordered them after taking a brief look at the shipping page, then after I received my bill, I found out they charged me 35 euros for shipping. It was still well worth it. The price of the poster was around $20 I believe. Now it's a very nice poster, but I don't think anyone here would buy one if they would have to pay that much for shipping.
So what I was thinking of doing was contacting this company and see if I could get a price break for ordering so many (20-30) and get them all shipped in one package. So hopefully the final price for me getting them and shipping them out, at cost, would be around $25-30. I'll have to start a thread on this. |

The poster I received was roughly 24 x 16 inches. Trying to get her to autograph them is a good idea but more of a dream than a reality, imho. How much would she want to make it worth her while? This is the type of thing her store should have been selling; not cups and t shirts.

Now even if she wanted so much per autograph again she isn't one to me anyway who would want much to do so . Goto any autograph session or simply look online the fees are relatively small . The only ones who charge a lot for autographs are those who do get the mass amounts of requests for such and that is to prevent profit from re-sales . From my experience autographs average range from 10-15 dollars , as low as five and the most i paid was someone who rarely autographs anything was $ 80 per . . She is so sweet that again i'd think she wouldn't want anything , you are more thinking in terms it seems of the meet and greet where fees can be hefty when you include , entrance , per autographs fees , buying the items etc and so on . A lot of expenses within such , renting the venue if needed , security , ticket printing etc . Speaking of which something i'd meant to mention about the autograph cd's , signature guarantee is a byte more costly than simply insured . I've got stuff from France and I think there insured is the same as signature receipt but for US to US I've never lost an item that was insured when sent or received . Just a suggestion for future to save ya's some pennies , not that it matters . You're absolutely right on the merchandise they always seem to pick to sell at meet and greets as well online shops . . . Atypical of most all sessions i've been to and shoppes , its like they put a monkey in a room full of the possibilities and have them toss a few darts to choose what will be available instead of thinking like a fan or asking first those who actually buy the stuff . One of the problems there though is having the merchandise in stock and believe it or not rights to do so . It is possible she isn't permitted , all though I can tell you from stars of the past usually things turn around on that and eventually they offer the old school items up for sale / autographed or not and so on . That may not be til she is up there in age though and becomes reminiscent . Cuz like eventually the company loses it's greed as well licensing expires or even the lawyers get involved and eminent domain is established upon entity . Hopefully someday she will bust into her/relatives/co-workers long lost storage locker packed full of stuff and sell the stuff off to us heheh . Thanks Ray4AJ I thought that was the one but the whole ticket picture confused myself silly enough ! FYI there are multiple versions of the smaller poster I've seen a few different listing the various venues , as well one without any such listings . As far as signature vs insurance; if I had insured the packages, I believe all this would have gotten me was the replacement of a signed CD by a non- signed CD, where a signature would requie a family members signature, so I think it's the better option.I don't think insurance would have covered what the "real" value of these packages was.
