i don't like any of her tattoos, but the new ones are especially bad. way to ruin a perfect body..

Many names are of Hebrew origin. I have two: the legal one on my English birth certificate, and the Jewish one my parents chose at my naming. And they're completely different. Not everyone does this, but a lot do. So Jérémy's Hebrew name may or may not be "Jeremy", Annily's may not be "Annily", etc. Point is, it would be very hard to say what this tattoo refers to if it isn't some easily recognized word. But hey that's cool, it's personal anyway...

Just a quibble. Unless Alizée converted (and we have no evidence of that), Annily would not be Jewish. She is not old enough yet to convert herself, and Jewishness is inherited from the mother, not the father.

That's the tradition, yes, but like the tattoo thing you'll find plenty who don't adhere to it. I'm sure Alizée and Jérémy have been allowed to raise Annily however they've wanted. And hey you don't have to be Jewish to have nicknames. Johan's as good of guess as any, but again I just think it could be anyone, if a person at all.

Ironically, possibly so to help the transition from the lolita image.

I'm not saying this is necessarily the way Alizée thinks, just throwing out a possibility. Some entertainers, when faced with a fan perception that the entertainer feels does not properly align with reality, will take actions to change the perception.

Though I'm not one to say what she should or should not do with her body... she seems to be popping up with tattoos everywhere now!

The last time I checked, she had the Tinkerbell and the salamander.. and there was that one being Mexican statue/Annily or something.

Lets just hope she doesn't get one on her face or anything!! That'll kill me.
