I voted in that poll but I doubt most will vote during show either cause it will be closed for people outside of Europe or cost money to vote.

As for the cost, well it wouldn't be much really. Voting once a week, I suppose by texting or calling. An international text wouldn't be much, if anything. Calls would be a bit different, but you can just buy those little cards with numbers you dial to make an international call with a certain amount of credit, fairly inexpensive from what I remember, my parents used them a lot back in the day. The best scenario would be an online voting type thing!
